Tender description

The procurement is for a Fully Managed vending machines service, positioned at various locations within NHS Grampian. The supplier takes care of all the restocking, cleaning, servicing, support, repairs, and maintenance as part of the lease. The supplier also makes sure that all products are in date and correctly priced. The tender process is subject to the Concession Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2016. To secure a fully managed and serviced royalty-based solution for the board. The vending machines services would include, but are not limited to, Snacks and Confectionery Vending Machines, Hot and Cold Drink Vending Machines (bottles and cans), Combination Vending Machines, and Fresh Food Vending Machines.
