In order to fulfil the requirement and to facilitate the MIL research operation the Ulster University wishes to purchase food consumer behaviour data that will fulfil the following requirements: 1. Supply of data that is representative of a significant proportion of the UK food shopping behaviour 2. Data must contain specific demographic groups which are representative of the UK population 3. Data provider should have direct relationship with a NI based food retailer in the provision of the data and in liaison with small food firms 4. Data to be provided in a specific format to be assessable through terminals in a lab based setting
