We are required to undertake significant amounts of community engagement to find out what families want and what the barriers are to accessing services. In particularly, to identify barriers for Black and other Ethnic groups in accessing maternity services.\r \r This request is to seek permission to award a contract to an organisation who has experience of undertaking this kind of work in the city and who can achieve outcomes within the tight deadline in place.
