The Mid Yorkshire Hospital are currently looking into the idea of improving our Fleet Management system, we are looking for a system that can provide the following to us: • Correct mileage of miles covered for each vehicle. • Active tracking system (trackers are in place on the vehicles) • Taxi booking system • Driver log into vehicle and log out to create information for driver times of driving hours. • Groupe/teams to categorise areas cars are for • Walk round driver vehicle daily check • Registration of vehicles, fuel type, lease active, MOT due. • Emergency protocol for driver access • Management Information portal so we can access information and reports.
