Development of Retail Training Modules

Tender description

This tender covers the provision of retail training modules that have been categorised as Retail Practice modules (QQI Level 5). The resource material will underpin the Learning Outcomes specified by QQI in each of the Component Specifications as on the QQI website. Retail Ireland Skillnet are looking for providers to review the existing programme, re-write, update, and add to the content files, finishing both text and video versions to the highest standards and ensure compatibility with our Learning Management System. All modules as outlined below must be engaging and interactive for learners. 1. Customer Service 2. Retail Selling 3. Retail Digital Marketing 4. Communications 5. Retail Security 6. Personal Effectiveness 7. Warehousing 8. Retail Display 9. Work Experience 10. Health & Safety Several factors will be taken into account when considering tenders from providers, these include, but are not restricted to the following: 1. Experience within the Retail Industry at Senior Management Level 2. Previous design experience 3. Range of modules that can be delivered 4. Approach of Brief 5. Standard of Application 6. Price Please note: Retail Ireland Skillnet are not bound to take the lowest or any tender submitted. All tenders will be reviewed by Retail Ireland Skillnet Steering Group. Retail Ireland Skillnet will not cover any costs incurred in relation to submission of a tender.
