Tender description

Fingal County Council intends to establish a Single Party Framework Agreement with one economic operator, thereafter that economic operator being entitled to be considered for all contracts within the scope of the framework. The purpose of the Framework Agreement is to invite suitability qualified Ice Rink Service providers to tender for the concession to organize and operate Ice-Skating Events in Fingal County Council’s Administrative Area for the duration of three/four months annually, in 2022 through to 2025.
