Health Education England is seeking a provider, to deliver a TTT pilot in collaboration with Health Education England and NHS England. The delivery of the pilot is in three parts: • Syllabus development • Pilot • Evaluation The syllabus development will be a collaborative effort with HEE & NHSE-TD DCS staff providing subject matter expertise to identify and embed teaching / training methodologies and techniques to meet the objectives of the TTT syllabus. In the pilot phase the provider will act as a Facilitating Trainer with the NHSE-TD SMEs to deliver TTT courses. The NHSE-TD SMEs, will facilitate and support follow-up clinics and support sessions. Finally, the provider will be expected to provide SME to support in the evaluation of the TTT model, which will include appraisal of the Clinical Safety Trainers and their approach to TTT delivery, demonstrating the success or lessons learnt of the pilot. The total contract value shall not exceed the available budget of £50,000.00 (Inclusive of VAT) over the 8 month contract. The contract period will be for (8) months, with no option to extend. The deadline for submission of completed ITT submissions is 10th March 2023 at 12:00pm (midday). Late submissions will not be accepted therefore, please submit in good time prior to the deadline date and time.
