Summary of the work A Technical Project Manager is required to deliver the integration of several chat applications and capabilities across multiple Defence infrastructure hosting environments at multiple security domains at both fixed and deployed sites. Specialist role Delivery manager Expected Contract Length 12 months Latest start date Monday 17 April 2023 Early Market Engagement Activity has been previously supplied Who Speclialist Work With Programme Lead and Senior Project Manager What Specialists Work On Project Manager for the continuous development and transition of a number of bespoke Applications Skills & Experience • Have experience with Military Chat Applications • NATO experience • Knowledge of technical aspects of Application deployment • Experience Chairing Technical Working Groups Work Location Westwells Road, Corsham Wiltshire Working Arrangments On-site 37hrs per week Security Clearance minimum SC No. of Specialists to Evaluate 3 Cultural Fit Criteria • • Management and Delivery of plans to ensure all necessary preparation and execution tasks and dependencies are included. • • Work with Stakeholders to manage deployment of chat applications on hosting infrastructures. This also includes in service elements ie: Access and services. • • Working with the Design team to secure stakeholder sign off at all stages. Can you please confirm what if any Chat Applications are in use or have been identified as potentially suitable? Chat Applications are already in use with further additions to be made of already identified Apps. The name and nature of the applications are classified. 5. Can you clarify if there is any remote working please? There is a potential for a small amount of remote working, but the preference is for the majority of time to be on-site. 6. Is there a current incumbent or preferred supplier? Yes there is a current incumbent. 7. Is there an incumbent? Yes there is. 8. What is max day rate please? No maximum day rate is publishable at the moment. We are looking for competitively priced bids.
