Border Force (BF) is a Directorate of the Home Office. BF operate a fleet of circa thirty (c.30) surface vessels and has a requirement for the purchase of inflatable fenders. The full package is detailed in the attached Specification of Requirements (SoR) (C24760 - SUPPLY OF INFLATABLE FENDERS -SOR-v1.0). This opportunity will be let using the UK Government Order Form and Terms and Conditions for Goods and Services (C24760 - SUPPLY OF INFLATABLE FENDERS - Order Form and Short Form TCs - v1.0). The purpose of this notice is to make the SoR and terms and conditions available to, and invite, potential suppliers to confirm they can fully meet the requirements by providing a fully itemised quote for the complete and specified package. The following timeline for this particular contract is as follows; 1. 1200hrs, 23 February 2023 - deadline for clarification submission to the Buyer; 2. 1200hrs, 02 March 2023 - deadline for submission of bidding tool and specified documents and acceptances; 3. 02-08 March 2023 - clarification and evaluation; 4. (on or around) 09 March 2023 - contract award; 5. Not before 09 March 2023 - Contract Start; and 6. 08 March 2025 - Contract End. The Buyer reserves the right to withdraw this opportunity, for any reason, at any point, prior to contract award.
