<p>Sefton Council are conducting this procurement exercise on behalf of the Liverpool City Region (LCR). Liverpool City Region are looking for an agency/organisation with strong creative, research and insight skills to work with us to provide a comprehensive and accurate record of key events across LCR during the Covid-19 pandemic.
