350_23 Library Solutions and Systems

Tender description

This is a Prior Information Notice (Library Solutions and Systems framework) where the tender documentation is not yet available. However, initial expressions of interest are still being sought for pre-market engagement. Please see the 'Description of the procurement' below (II.2.4) for further details and how to complete. Note: Details regarding Lots will be confirmed later. Lot 1: ESPO is seeking to renew its Library Solutions and Systems framework. It is anticipated that the new framework will be awarded during autumn 2023. Prior to retendering, ESPO is seeking to engage with the supplier market to help design the new framework to ensure that it best meets the needs of both suppliers and customers across the public sector. Suppliers responding to this opportunity will be invited to participate on the pre-market engagement which will take place between February and March 2023. The duration of the framework agreement is currently expected to be for 2 years, with the option to extend for up to a further 2 years (24 months). The total estimated value stated in II.1.5 includes the option period.
