Tender description

The provision of a Unified Communications solution to deliver voice, video, mobility, messaging, meetings, collaboration, white-boarding, workflow configurations in a single solution. The proposed solution will take into consideration the existing voice, video, mobile, messaging, collaboration, and communications environment. The proposed solution must work in tandem with the legacy system for the duration of the integration/migration. The tenderer will provide an overview of approach and how the phased migration from legacy solution to proposed solution will be achieved with minimal impact to the day-to-day business. The tenderer will provide technical details and specifications of the proposed solution i.e., expected overhead, network requirements including minimum bandwidth, codecs and any other communications protocols/standards.
