Halton Borough Council is looking to enter into a contract for the supply, installation, maintenance and removal of Traffic Management to allow grass cutting and other highway maintenance functions to be carried out on the high speed road network within Halton. These services may also be required to enable the safe running of a variety of events throughout the borough and other possible requirements. The grass cutting programme is based on a six week cycle, which is carried out up to five times a year. The work is due to commence late March 2023. Additional information: The total value of the procurement is based on both 12-month extensions option being given. If the extensions are not offered then the estimated contract value could reduce to approx. GBP 208816.74. If only one 12 month extension is offered, the total estimated contract value could reduce to approx. 313225.11. There is no guarantee regarding these figures and not all work is known at this time so the figures in this notice are purely estimates.
