Soft Market Testing - Be-friending, Mentoring and Hosting Service Model

<p>Nottingham City Council are designing a service model for support for families based in Nottingham City boundaries though high quality ‘Best Value’ be-friending, mentoring and overnight hosting. This will support families who are ‘at or close to’ the edge of care or where ‘problems are emerging’. The service aims to help families in crisis with limited support networks. Nottingham City Council is seeking feedback on this model from knowledgeable and experienced providers in this field to understand whether providers deem this model to be viable, and the interest from providers in delivering this service. Please note that this is a not a Procurement Exercise. Please review the attached overview of the proposed service model and then consider the Soft Market Testing Questions in the table provided in the document.
