Tender description

Coventry University has achieved great success in recent times, with rapid rises in league table position and student satisfaction, as well as strong growth in student numbers. In-order to build on this success, Coventry University is now developing a new high-precision digital manufacturing and healthcare technology lab to link education in the fields of engineering and applied health, as well as a number of other application areas. This lab will enhance the capacity in diagnostic radiography, therapeutic radiography, occupational therapy and physiotherapy. The vision of which is to enable the access to state-of-the-art facilities, demonstration of knowledge and skills in areas relevant to practice. The requirement will be broken down into the following lots: Lot 1a: High-fidelity adult simulation manikin - interchangeable gender (light skin colour) Lot 1b: High-fidelity adult simulation manikin - interchangeable gender/dark skin (dark skin colour) Lot 2: High-fidelity paediatric simulation manikin - Toddler Lot 3: High-fidelity paediatric simulation manikin - Baby Lot 4: Medium-fidelity manikin Lot 5a: Realistic adult care manikin - Female (Age 30-40, White ethnicity) Lot 5b: Realistic adult care manikin - Female (Age 30-40, Asian ethnicity) Lot 5c: Realistic adult care manikin - Female geriatric patients (Age 70-80, white ethnicity) Lot 5d: Realistic adult care manikin - Female geriatric patients (Age 70-80, black ethnicity) Lot 5e: Realistic adult care manikin - Male (Age 30-40, White ethnicity) Lot 5f: Realistic adult care manikin - Male geriatric patients (Age 70-80, white ethnicity) Lot 6a: Realistic paediatric care manikin - Toddler Female (Age approx. 3 years) Lot 6b: Realistic paediatric care manikin - Child Female (Age approx. 8 years) Lot 7: Female/ birthing manikin Tenderers may apply for any number of lots.
