Codema, Dublin’s Energy Agency are working on behalf of the 4 Dublin Local Local Authorities: Fingal County Council, Dublin City Council, South Dublin County Council and Dun Laoghaire County Council. Codema is committed to leading Dublin's low-carbon transition towards 2030 and 2050. Fingal is leading the market sounding process in this instance, but future procurements may issue by each LA or a combination. The purpose of this Market Soundings is to gain an understanding of the capacity of contractors (mechanical & electrical, building services, maintenance contractors, construction, etc.) within the market to deliver performance related energy efficiency service to the Dublin local authorities.
