Forest Research is seeking fully inclusive fixed price quotations for the supply and delivery of the following: 1. 140 x Dell Dock WD19S, 130W 2. 48 x Dell 24 Monitor - P2422H - 60.5cm (23.8") 3. 30 x Dell Latitude 5530 - i5 processor, minimum 8Gb RAM and 256Gb SSD 4. 100 x Dell Latitude 5430 - i5 processor, minimum 8Gb RAM and 256Gb SSD All equipment new (not used or reconditioned) and delivered to Forest Research at: Forest Research, Alice Holt Lodge, Farnham, Surrey. GU10 4LH Delivery is required as soon as possible but must be before 20th March 2023. QUOTATION REQUIREMENTS: A) Itemised fixed, firm prices inclusive of packaging and delivery (DDP). B) Prices to be quoted ex VAT and based on payment of the price in full on delivery. C) Clearly state the delivery lead time. D) State period of validity of the quote. E) Include full product specification for the goods offered. F) Quotations must be submitted on the basis of Forest Research's 'back-of-order' terms and conditions. Choice of supplier will be based on lead time and price.
