Provision of Consultancy Services for Building Safety Assurance and Data Validation

Tender description

Quotations were invited by the Council of the Borough of Kirklees (the "Council") from Suppliers with relevant Building Safety expertise to demonstrate sufficient capacity to deliver the following services: LOT 1 - Data Validation: Review the data in our building compliance systems, it's integrity and flows between systems with the purpose of giving the Council a level of assurance that what has been effectively implemented, complies with all legal and regulatory requirements for the big six building safety compliance areas. LOT 2 - Management Plans: Produce up to date Management Plans and Work Instructions ensuring they meet current legal and regulatory requirements, initially for Fire Safety Management, Asbestos Management and Lift Safety Management, with the potential to review Gas Safety Management, Electrical Safety Management and Water Quality at a later date. The Council will be looking to appoint one Supplier PER Lot or one Supplier for BOTH Lots, depending on the most economically advantageous tender.
