The Irish Defence Forces intends to establish a framework for the upgrade/ replacement and maintenance of its current mast infrastructure throughout Ireland. The framework in addition will cover annual inspections including but not limited to structural surveys and climb downs. Lot 1: Mast climb down and structural surveys.
