Tender description
The Marine Institute invites tenders to this request for tenders from economic operators for the provision of Marine Mammal Observation services and reporting on the three at-sea-survey legs of the Under-Water Television (UWTV) surveys in 2023. These surveys for Nephrops stock assessments cover five of the predominant Nephrops fishing grounds (Functional Units) around Ireland. The Services will entail providing suitably qualified survey staff to participate in the three survey legs, undertake daylight MMO services on each survey leg, and providing a written report and survey data and documentation. Survey legs will take place: 1. 30th May to 10th June: Aran-Porcupine 2. 11th to 21st June: Celtic Sea 1 3. 8th to 16th August: Celtic Sea 2
