The main school building is a single Storey building that was constructed in 1983 and contains the main classroom accommodation, GP hall, toilets and administration areas. The total area of the main school building is approximately 2,100m2. The remedial works that require to be carried out at the above school consist of the complete upgrade of the existing LPHW Space heating installation in the Original 1983 main school building, including the provision of new radiators, pipework and pipework insulation, pipework supports, isolation and control valves, 2 port PICV valves and room thermostats, including all associated Electrical Works and Builders Attendances, etc. Lot 266295: LPHW Space Heating Upgrade Works Your Tender should be returned by the eTender portal, not later than 2.00 pm on Thursday the 2nd March 2023. Any tenderer who has not submitted the signed suitability declaration, signed health and safety declaration and the signed Form of Tender and Schedule with the price clearly stated will be excluded.
