Large Format Digital Advertising Boards

Tender description

Tenders are invited to create a framework of Contractors who are able to develop and install large format digital advertising boards on highways land or affixed to council-owned infrastructure across the city. The framework will generate income for the Council through advertising and provide an opportunity to promote the Council's messages. Contractors will submit proposals for sites which will be approved subject to meeting certain criteria. Where the Council identifies sites it considers suitable for development it will undertake a mini competition amongst all Contractors on the framework to determine the best outcome in terms of financial reward for the city, subject to certain criteria being met. Please note suppliers wishing to express interest and obtain the documentation must do so by 11.30pm on Sunday 15th January 2023. It is recommended that you express interest and obtain the documentation well before this time to allow sufficient time to prepare and submit a bid.
