Tender description

The works are to plane off and re-surface the existing carriageway. King George Square consists of two parts. The main part is a loop of approximately 360m length starting and finishing at junctions with Lancaster Avenue. The second part is a shorter internal loop of 145m around a grass square. A small area of kerbs are in significantly poor condition to require replacement. Several small areas of surface are bad enough to warrant deep planning and binder course as well as surface, approx. 215 sq.m in total.
