Tender description

To establish a single party framework for services of Visual Arts Project Management for Hugh Lane Gallery city-wide Primary Schools Arts Project ‘Zooom@Hugh Lane Gallery’. The initial framework agreement will be established for a period of two (2) years. The framework will be used to meet the Zooom@Hugh Lane Gallery city-wide Primary Schools Project’s project management requirements, and any other related requirements identified by the Head of Education and Community Outreach, that may arise during the lifetime of the framework. For the avoidance of all doubt, the maximum Framework Agreement Term is two years. The initial contract is for the provision of Visual Arts Project Management Services for the Hugh Lane Gallery. Further contracts may be awarded for exceptional cover during the lifetime of this framework Services will in general be required on weekdays between 9.30am-2.30pm. If there is a requirement for services on weekends and evenings in lieu of standard contract arrangements such requirements will be notified to the tenderer in advance. The maximum value on this two year framework agreement will be €85,800. The successful tenderer will manage this project, reporting to the Gallery’s Head of Education and Community Outreach as well as liaising with staff of the Gallery. They will primarily be based at Hugh Lane Gallery.
