Framework will be structured in 5 different Lots to provide services relating to Categories of Patent, Trademark and Intellectual Property Rights services to be bought from this agreement are indicated by, but not limited to, the lot structure below: Lot 1 Non-patentable IPR services ? copyright, trademarks, design rights and other services Lot 2 Patentable IPR Services - Engineering and Physical Sciences Lot 3 Patentable IPR Services - Chemistry and Biosciences Lot 4 Patent, design and trademark renewal services Lot 5 One stop shop ? services from all of the above lots on a national basis Lot 1: Non-patentable IPR services ? copyright, trademarks, design rights and other services Cell and Gene Therapy Catapult will require advice and services in relation to non-patentable IP rights and related subject matter. This may include trade mark strategy and applications, design right applications, or advice in relation to copyright. Lot 2: Patentable IPR Services - Engineering and Physical Sciences Cell and Gene Therapy Catapult will, from time to time, require advice and services in relation to all patent related matters in this Lot (Engineering and Physical Sciences). Suppliers are expected to be capable of delivering advice and services across the full range of Requirements set out below. Lot 3: Patentable IPR Services - Chemistry and Biosciences Cell and Gene Therapy Catapult will, from time to time, require advice and services in relation to all patent related matters in this Lot (Chemistry and BioSciences). Suppliers are expected to be capable of delivering advice and services Lot 4: Patent, design and trademark renewal services To maintain in force the CGTC portfolio of existing and new patents, trademarks, design rights and other associated registrations, licenses and certifications. Lot 5: IP One stop shop ? Complex Services Cell and Gene Therapy Catapult will require advice and services in relation to non-patentable and Patentable IP rights and related subject matter. This may include trade mark strategy and applications, design right applications, or advice in relation to copyright.
