Government of Jersey financing requirements

<p>The Government of Jersey (“GoJ”) is seeking to re-finance its existing Revolving Credit Facility (“RCF”, “Facility”) which expires on 7th May 2023. The new facility is anticipated to be in the region of £200 to £300 million for a minimum period of 2 years to assist with the funding requirements of the new hospital project and other general corporate expenditure. GoJ expects the total value of the facility to be spread amongst more than one banking provider and currently intends for the final amount to be split equally amongst the successful participants.</p> <p>The opportunity to participate will be limited to banks registered with the Jersey Financial Services Commission and with a strong corporate or retail presence on the Island.
