Description of Goods or Services Purchase of digital software under a licence agreement to support NHS England's Patient Distribution Coordination Cell (PDCC) to coordinate digital referrals and clinical handover of patient information in the event of a full or partial hospital evacuation for any reason including a RAAC collapse.
