GMCA is sought to appoint suitably experienced installers of ECO4 and ECO+ LA Flex funded measures for fuel poor or low income or vulnerable households GMCA sought a concession fee from the successful installers to be paid annual on 6th February. This fee will be used to cover GMCA costs in targeting and promoting LA Flex funded measures in GM, verifying household eligibility, signing declarations, notifying Ofgem, and liaising with BEIS • GMCA requires the successful installers to: o identify and target suitable households, o promote the offer, o check eligibility (passing the relevant documentation to GMCA), o conduct retrofit assessments, o identify the appropriate measures to be installed, o install the required measures, o deal with energy suppliers in obtaining LA Flex funds, and o report to Ofgem. o The successful installers will also need to provide a customer helpline, website, as well as social media presence.
