Damp and Condensation Survey Service

Tender description

CHP requires a complete building surveying and report writing service. The intent is to engage a suitably experienced company (the Surveyor) to conduct surveys in occupied premises where the CHP resident has reported damp and/or condensation in the property. The assessment will include an initial desktop review of the property history and then a physical survey, followed by an appropriately detailed report outlining the findings and recommended remedial works to resolve any building defects identified.
