Aggregated Databases

Tender description

The Authority is seeking to establish framework agreement for on behalf of the members of the HE/FE sector in Scotland, and members of the Scottish Confederation of University and Research Libraries (SCURL). The Framework Agreement will be for the provision of Aggregated Databases, including multi publisher databases, which will provide end users with access to sources of full text and abstract and indices from a range of subject specific and multi-disciplinary electronic content, including but not limited to: - Primary source materials - Journals - Newspapers - Reports - Working papers - Datasets - Dissertations - Music, including scores and audio - Legal material - Medical resources Lot 1: The purpose of this procurement exercise is to appoint a range of contractors to provide members of Advanced Procurement for Universities & Colleges (APUC Ltd) and The Scottish Confederation of University and Research Libraries (SCURL), with access to a full range of subject specific and multi-disciplinary databases.
