23NIR001- Purchase of a replacement air con system for Belfast office

Tender description

The air conditioning system in the Belfast office is in two parts. The part that services the main office area was replaced in full in 2017 after it had ceased working in February of that year. The second part that services the collaborative space and meeting areas has fallen into a state of disrepair. The system is old having been operational since 2004, has not been functioning since May 2021 and would require leak/pressure testing to establish what parts might be required, the testing itself potentially impacting weaker parts and likely to incur significant costs. The system has been inefficient and would need to be replaced to support our energy efficiency and environmental impact.
