Tender description

The purpose of this Prior Information Notice is to inform the market that we are developing a contract opportunity for advisory services, managing agent services and QA and audit services for delivery of the Warm Homes Programme. Lot 1: Advisory Services To provide tailored home energy efficiency and decarbonisation advisory services to all households in Wales. The scheme provides households in Wales with access to free, impartial advice and support to help them reduce their energy usage and bills.The successful contractor would offer call centre advice and a maintained website. Lot 3: Quality Assurance and Audit Services This lot would provide quality assurance and audit services in support of advisory services (Lot 1) and managing agent delivery services (Lot 2) and ad-hoc technical advice throughout the life of the contracts. Lot 2: Managing Agent Services The contract would include, but not limited to, managing the customer journey from referral onwards, identifying eligible households, identifying measures which are suitable for the dwelling following a whole house assessment, installing the measures, arranging post installation inspection, ensuring customers have maintenance packs and providing putting in place a service warranty. Additional information: Lot 2 will represent the vast majority of the total contract value
