Supply of Ready Mixed Concrete

Tender description

Nottingham City Homes is looking to appoint a suitable Supplier to undertake the supply of ready mixed concrete to tenant properties as and when required, to be called-off by various departments within Nottingham City Homes and delivered to the agreed delivery addresses on the specified delivery date. Appendix C - Pricing Schedule states the mix specification required. The Contract is being procured by Nottingham City Homes and Nottingham City Council for a period of 3 years with option to extend for another twelve months subject to satisfactory performance reviews, and it is envisaged that it will commence April 2023. We anticipate the potential total value of this contract will be between £800,000.00. and 1,200,000.00. Tenderers must understand that predicting volumes and overall values for work is difficult and no guarantee is given regarding continuity or overall value and Tenderers will, therefore, not be entitled to claim for loss of profit, or any other costs resulting from an alteration in the scope or volume.
