Request for Tender for the Provision of a New Passenger Phone Application for Shannon Airport Authority DAC (SAA)

Tender description

The Shannon Airport Authority invites responses to this Request for Tenders (RFT) from economic operators for the Provision of a New Passenger Phone Application for Shannon Airport Authority DAC (SAA). Further details are described in Appendix 1 to this RFT, “Requirements and Specifications”. SAA are seeking one service provider to provide all services under this contract. Any contract that may result from this procurement competition will be issued for a term of 36 months (“the Term”) from the date of notification to the Tenderer of acceptance of this Tender. SAA reserves the right to extend the Term for a period or periods of up 12 months with a maximum of two such extensions on the same terms and conditions, subject to the Contracting Authority’s obligations at law. Tenders must be received not later than 15:00 on Friday 03rd March 2023. Tenders that are received late WILL NOT be considered in this public procurement competition.
