Provision of Garden Waste Service Permits

Tender description

This contract is to provide a comprehensive, secure, systematic, fully managed service to print, pack and distribute garden waste bin permit labels to be adhered to brown bins across the Council area. Please refer to the specification for the full requirement. The primary requirements from the appointed Service Provider are as follows: Producing and mailing permits with supporting letters direct to residents - Supply of high quality self-adhesive garden waste permit labels for outdoor use (weather resistant and tamper proof), including, design support, print, packing, mailing and dispatch according to the details set out at section 3 of this Specification and the indicative timescales detailed at section 4. Offer the opportunity to include a QR code on permit artwork Supply of printed colour envelopes and enclosed covering letters with each supplied permit, according to the details set out at section 3 of this Specification. Dispatching permits directly to paying Council residents by 2nd Class mail within a maximum turnaround of dispatch of 5 working days from receipt of request(s) from the Council. Permit requests for the previous calendar year, will cease between mid-December and mid-February. Refer to Key Performance Indicator details set out at section 6 of this Specification. Ensure permits are delivered within 14 days from the date or purchase/replacement request.
