Provision of Bypassing Agents for the treatment of Haemophilia or related disorders with inhibitors This Invitation to Tender (ITT) has been prepared for the purpose of requesting final tenders in the tender process in relation to the contract being awarded by St James’s Hospital (SJH), known as the Contracting Agencies (CA) for the provision of Bypassing Agents (the Contract). Under no circumstances will the CA incur any liability or responsibility arising out of or in respect of the issue of this ITT. This procurement process is being undertaken by the Board of St James’s Hospital, James Street Dublin 8 on behalf of the CA. For clarity the primary customer and the contract holder will be the Board of St James’s Hospital. The CA reserves the right without advance notice (and without giving reasons, unless so required) to amend or otherwise change the process or to terminate the process. This ITT document does not represent a commitment to enter into any contract. There will be two lots. Lot 1 – Plasma Derived Product Lot 2 – Recombinant Product
