OSS - Scaffolding (Install, Maintain & Inspection)

Tender description

As part of our AMP 7 to AMP 8 Transition and Operational Site Service Procurement Strategy, Southern Water is coming to market for strategic partners to provide services relating to the installation, maintenance and inspection of Scaffolding to support our operational sites and network. This provision will likely be a two-stage restricted tender with negotiation to set up a Scaffolding framework agreement lasting 4 years, with an option to extend for a period of up to 4 years. It is anticipated that the opportunity will be published in April 2023. Region/Network - Southern Water’s region covers Kent, Sussex, Hampshire and Isle of Wight. Resilience - Southern Water has a requirement to ensure 24/7 days a week, 365 days a year, that we can access and maintain our plant, equipment and assets. Our Operational sites cover a wide range of processes and safe access is critical. Mobile Towers, Configured Scaffolding systems and platforms are essential to our performance. The Goods and Services which the successful bidder(s) will be asked to provide under this agreement will be divided in to lots. Bidders will be eligible to apply for one or more of the available lots. The lots are as listed below: (Lots to be confirmed at PQQ/ITT Launch) 1 - Supply / Install 2 - Maintenance 3 - Inspection
