The listening project requires an online engagement platform. This platform is required to facilitate community engagement on a national scale, and is an essential element of the listening project’s core engagement activities, which are planned to launch in Spring 2023 and end in Autumn 2023. Thereafter, this platform will be used to host more tailored, qualitative engagement during post-core activities. As the listening project expects to receive the bulk of responses online, it is important that online engagement is as seamless as possible, while also meeting best practice accessibility requirements. The listening project needs a specialist platform that offers interactive engagement tools and fully meets function and accessibility requirements.
