Multiple and Complex Needs Service - open market engagement

Essex County Council is seeking to commission a Multiple and Complex Needs Service which provides holistic, wrap around, person centred support to individuals in contact with the criminal justice system who have a range of multiple and complex needs. The Service will proactively engage with partner agencies to ensure that all of the individuals needs are addressed, thereby helping to stabilise them, and help to prevent reoffending, as well as divert those who are on the periphery of offending, for example victims of criminal exploitation, from entering the criminal justice system The procurement relates to the re-tender of the Offenders with Complex and Additional Needs Service (OCAN).
