The Services to be provided by the Supplier under the above Lot are listed in Framework and outlined below: Learning Pool – Stream LMS Premier – based on 7000 active licenses This provides the Client with a hosted learning solution which includes implementation and support from the Learning Pool support team. This service is designed to be flexible and the focus of activity may change throughout the subscription. However, the Client will expect to receive the following: 1. Hosting and maintenance of a dedicated LMS platform. 2. Implementation of the platform in line with agreed implementation deadlines. 3. Call with Learning Pool Account Manager on a quarterly basis 4. Unlimited helpdesk support during Learning Pool business hours both for admnistrators and end users. 5. Free upgrades and maintenance of the LMS platform. 6. New features added according to the Learning Pool roadmap at no additional charge. 7. Initial training and online coaching as agreed in the implementation plan, up to 1 day in year 1 8. Free access to Learning Pool Academy for all administration users.
