Tender description
The Contract relates to the provision of homeless accommodation (direct access) for up to 26 young people. In order to meet our statutory obligations under homeless legislation and to ensure there is sufficient provision to meet the demand of homeless young people requiring accommodation, continuation of this provision is required. This contract has been tendered out, and the evaluation process has just concluded. The 1-month period sought by this exception is to facilitate the 10-day alcatel standstill and the issuing of contract award documentation.
