HOUSE EXTENSION PROGRAMME - East Avenue, Hayes, Maygoods View, High Road, Cowley & Collingwood Road, Uxbridge EMPLOYERS REQUIREMENTS Purpose: To increase a 3 Bedroomed House to a 4 Bedroomed House by way of a ground floor rear extension or internal modelling (e.g. converting integral garage) or loft conversion. If there is no existing toilet facilities on that floor (excluding loft) or only one bathroom is available in the house, to consider the installation of a shower room or if space does not allow install a toilet and wash hand basin. A toilet facility to be installed on the ground floor. The Employers Requirements are that the Contractor shall take possession of the property, extend an existing three bedroom property (with additional shower room or WC) and enlarge it to a four bedroomed property, including the ancillary works and services and return it to the employer completed and ready to occupy (Key to Key process). There are no drawings and specification that is provided, but we expect the contractor to provide a full detailed priced proposal and specification for the house extensions.
