Tender description

UCD requires a Contractor to provide structured energy management services to support the UCD Energy and Water management team in improving and enhancing energy and carbon reduction activities as well as maintaining the necessary compliance with legislation including the Climate Action and Low Carbon Development (Amendment) Act 2021. Also required by the Contractor are hands on energy support services in relation to HVAC and BMS audits, Energy Efficient Design (EED) and energy efficient mechanical design services, base-load investigations and other technical energy and carbon dioxide related investigations. Maintenance and operational management services are also required with respect to the Blackrock Campus and Newman House and technical assistance and energy oversight within the student residences.
