Tender description

The Trust is seeking a partner to develop its online retail activity. This includes managing retail stock on behalf of the Trust and despatching goods to customers in line with the service specification. The Trust is seeking a partner to help to develop its online retail activity. Key aspects of the service are: - Receipt of stock from 3rd party suppliers - Integration with ecommerce platforms - Real time stock level reporting - Secure storage of goods including foodstuffs - Handling multi-product orders and pack deals/bundles - Packing of orders to ensure safe and secure delivery - National and international shipping of orders to customers - Order tracking through to delivery and provision for a ‘Proof of Delivery’. - Provision for a replacement delivery and uplift service. (returns) - Management of returns going back into stock or for safe disposal.
