The County Council wishes to procure the following the following work: Hensingham Day Services is to be vacated by the service users for the duration of the works. Works consist of:- • Mechanical - full hot water, heating plant and heating distribution network replacement; • Electrical –full lighting and small power replacement; • Fabric – catering kitchen removal, formation of new meeting room, suspended ceilings, decoration, floor covering works, external canopy replacement;
