Tender description

The City invites Quotations for the provision of Holiday and Food Programme 2023-25. The programme is designed to support eligible children and young people to: - eat healthily over the school holidays - be active during the school holidays - take part in engaging and enriching activities which support the development of resilience, character and wellbeing along with their wider educational attainment - be safe and not to be socially isolated - have a greater knowledge of health and nutrition - be more engaged with school and other local services - The programme will also ensure that the families who participate: - develop their understanding of nutrition and food budgeting - are signposted towards other information and support, for example, health, employment, and education. The duration of the contract is 1 year subject to the right of the City (at its sole discretion) to exercise its right to extend the Contract by up to 2 years.
