Tender description

Full architectural and project management services required for a large three storey commercial building in Holyhead Town Centre. The property is to be reconfigured from its previous use as an office for Careers Wales to provide a mix of commercial uses to include a ground floor cafe, first and second floor conversion to accommodate a dance studio and community rooms. An existing charity retail shop on the ground floor will also be refurbished to a high standard. Planning permission was granted in 2022 for the proposed outline changes.
