Award of Education Scotland Coaching Programme Professional Learning - Design and Facilitation

Tender description

The supplier will be engaged in both the co-design of and delivery of a 2 day deepening coaching skills professional learning programme for Education Scotland staff to build internal capacity ahead of the transition into the new agency. The co-design participatory approach will mean supplier works alongside ES staff who have been leading on this programme and also those who have been involved in stage 1. This will build on the already established Into Coaching programme which is currently being transitioned on to ES website to support the first stage of professional learning in coaching as part of the national coaching strategy. There will be an expectation that recording and building in coaching hours will be part of this offer and support the development of a learning pathway for ES staff to develop their practice.
