The NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership, hosted by Velindre NHS Trust are acting on behalf of Cardiff and Vale University Local Health Board who are awarding contract for AIR CONDITIONING UNITS SURVEYING Lot 1: LOT 1 AIR CONDITIONING UNITS SURVEYING it was decided to combine Air Handling and Air Conditioning Surveying into one contract and undertake a two lotted OJEU tender process. It was stipulated that any potential supplier could submit a tender response to either Lot or both. By undertakinga two lotted tender approach both contracts would be aligned. By running an OJEU tender would ensure an open, fair, and transparent process, ensuring procurement guidelines were followed and governance implemented. A comprehensive qualitative and commercial evaluation was undertaken of the tender submissions based on the following evaluation criteria: Qualitative 60% Commercial 40% The most advantageous tender responses were successful.
