SBC1223 FIRESTOPPING WORKS AT STEVENAGE ARTS AND LEISURE CENTRE

Stevenage Borough Council are currently seeking tenders for the provision of FIRESTOPPING WORKS AT STEVENAGE ARTS AND LEISURE CENTRE<br />The work comprises of fire stopping works to a highly used Theatre and Leisure building. The works will be undertaken over 3 floors and there are approx 365 identified remedial repairs required. The building will be in constant use during these works from 8.00am to 10.00pm and careful programming of the repairs will be required in conjunction with Everyone Active (the Leisure Providers) to minimise disruption to the service and to customers, ensuring that the customers are safe and the building remains fully operational. <br /><br />IMPORTANT: Please be aware that this opportunity requires bidder to attend a site visit, the Instructions to Tender document gives details on how to book your visit. <br />Visits are available on 2nd / 3rd and 4th of January 2024<br /><br />Organisations wishing to take part in this project are invited to ‘express an interest’ and also ‘opt in’ on the Supply Hertfordshire website which will give access to the full procurement documents in the e-tendering system.<br />Please note the deadline for returns and allow sufficient time to make your return as late returns will not be permitted.<br />Any questions relating to this tender should be made via correspondence on the website prior to the query deadline and can be addressed to the main contact as shown in the details above.
